FORMS OF PAYMENT?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay
DISCOUNTS?
We offer free shipping on orders $75 and over with some restrictions
SHIPPING?
We currently offer shipping via USPS and UPS with tracking
SHIPPING LOCATIONS?
We ship to the 50 US states and Puerto Rico. We also are happy to ship packages to our service members via FPO/APO addresses.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME?
We are currently operating at 1 - 3 business days of shipping from the receipt of orders. Holidays may cause a delay in the processing of your order.
LENGTH OF TIME TO RECEIVE ORDERS?
Once your order ships, the shipping agent should provide you with an estimated arrival date. Please keep in mind that carrier related delays may occur and this is out of Soapstone Landing's control. Also, holidays and inclement weather may disrupt shipping schedules.
LOCAL PICK UP?
When ordering there is an option to select "local pick up" and save on postage. The pick up location is Arkadelphia, AR only.
CHANGES TO ORDERS?
You must ensure all information is correct as it will not be possible for us to make changes to your order once the order has been placed.
CANCELLATIONS?
Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. An order may be cancelled prior to shipping but Soapstone Landing reserves the right to charge a 5% non-refundable restocking fee.
PLASTIC FREE?
We're striving to be plastic free. We wrap all our soaps in paper. We do however, reuse/recycle other vendors' bubblewrap, packing peanuts whenever possible. We still use plastic packing tape.
PACKING SLIP/PURCHASE RECEIPT
A printed receipt/packing slip is enclosed with online orders unless we receive a request stating otherwise.

DAMAGED ITEM?
In order to proceed with filing a claim for damage with a carrier, photos of the exterior and interior of the package and the damaged product(s) will be required by the shipping agent. An online claim form will need to be completed as well.
ALL PRODUCTS HANDMADE?
Yes! Our SOAPS are entirely handcrafted by us at our shop in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. The only items we sell that are not crafted by us are the wooden soap holders and the all-natural sisal soap saver bags.
LIST OF INGREDIENTS?
Each product page includes a full list of ingredients used. We offer a variety of oils, butters, colorants, scents, etc and do not believe "one size fits all" when it comes to soap. If you or a loved one has a question concerning an item we offer, contact us prior to purchase.
ORGANIC?
We are not certified organic but we strive to use organic products whenever possible.
CRUELTY FREE?
We do not participate in any animal testing.
OUT OF STOCK/SEASONAL ITEMS?
Some of our soaps/scents will be seasonal and will be labeled as such. With these products we will announce the availability date(s).

regarding bulk or custom orders prior to placing your purchase. PLEASE NOTE: Bulk orders and custom orders are not eligible for our flat rate shipping nor are they eligible for the discount we are currently offering for orders $75 or more.
SOAPSTONE LANDING'S RETURN POLICY?
We are unable to accept returns on personal hygiene products. It is important to us to ensure every customers' complete satisfaction. Please do not hesitate to contact us with questions or concerns. Contact must be made within thirty (30) days from date of purchase.
